What the extension does
MavelyLink Post Helper adds helper tools to Facebook and to the product and deal pages listed by its developer, to build and manage social posts. The tools are kept on mavelylink.com and loaded by the extension, so improvements reach you without reinstalling anything; your browser runs them only after you allow it once (the “Allow User Scripts” switch). There are free tools for everyone and Pro tools for license holders.
What is sent, and where
- To mavelylink.com: a small check for a new version of the tools (with the build number only) when you open a supported page, at most every few seconds; a request for the tools when they changed (with the build number, a random install number and, on the Pro plan, your license key); a license check when you activate a key; and anonymous counts — installed, updated, used today, removed — with that random number, the version and the browser. No name, no e-mail, no browsing history.
- To the pages the helper works with (Facebook, shop pages, short-link services): the requests the tools make for what you ask them to do — for example following a short link to the real shop page or reading a product's price.
- To the image host of a product you copy (for example the store's picture server): the request for that picture, made only when you press a copy button.
The addresses of the pages you visit are not sent anywhere. Anonymous counts can be turned off in the popup.
What stays in your browser
Your settings, your license key, the cached settings from the site and the tools' own saved work (for example collected posts) are kept in the extension's own storage in your browser, and are deleted when you remove the extension.
Purchases
If you buy a Pro license, PayPal or Stripe handle the payment on their own pages; this site receives the order result, your e-mail address (to send the key) and never your card details. Crypto payments are checked on the public blockchain.
